Welcome to Skyline Soaring Club's member management system ("Manage2Soar" or "the System"). By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the System.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skyline Soaring Club ("the Club", "we", "us", or "our").
Access to most features of the System requires active Club membership in good standing. Membership is governed by the Club's Bylaws and Operating Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Members under 18 must participate in Club activities with parental consent and may have a parent or guardian manage their account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
The System uses Google OAuth for authentication. By using this login method, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Club does not store your Google password.

All flight operations must be accurately logged in the System. False or fraudulent flight entries may result in membership suspension or termination and could affect insurance coverage.
Members are expected to fulfill assigned duty obligations. Failure to show up for duty or failure to find an approved replacement may result in fines or membership sanctions as outlined in the Club's Operating Rules.
Aircraft reservations are subject to Club policies. Members must:
The System is a management tool and does not replace pilot judgment or FAA regulations. You are solely responsible for:
Membership dues are set by the Club Board of Directors and are subject to change. Dues must be paid in accordance with the Club's Bylaws.
Flight fees (tows, aircraft time, instruction) are tracked in the System and must be paid promptly. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and loss of flying privileges.
Late payment fees may be assessed as outlined in the Club's Operating Rules.
You retain ownership of content you create (biography, photos, comments, documents). By posting content, you grant the Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Club operations and promotional purposes.

The Club reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
Your use of the System is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By using the System, you consent to having your contact information included in the member directory, accessible to other active members. You may request to limit the information displayed.
The System, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and functionality, is owned by Skyline Soaring Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the System for Club-related purposes only. This license terminates when your membership ends.
Skyline Soaring Club's name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without written permission.
THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we strive for accuracy, the Club does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CLUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MEMBERSHIP DUES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that soaring and aviation activities are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. The System is a management tool only and does not reduce or eliminate these risks.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skyline Soaring Club, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms remain in effect while you use the System or maintain Club membership.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the Club office. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay outstanding fees.
The Club may suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without cause, including for:

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact the Club to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in [County, State]. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with the Club on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Club's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without the Club's written consent. The Club may assign these Terms without restriction.
The Club shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, internet outages, or government actions.
