Note that there are very good reasons for some of these incidents to go “unreported”. E.g., if a “One” aircraft is found to have flagrantly violated the FARs, do you really think the solution will be to eliminate the violation by eliminating the “other aircraft” from the “One” aircraft??

I don’t want to digress into a political diatribe here, but pilots – particularly sport pilots like glider pilots – had better be realistic about the economic and political consequences of coming into conflict with those with several orders of magnitude more money and power at stake . . .
