Each new solo student can't wait to get his/her hands on this nimble creature.
The aircraft is small, agile, and can soar with the eagles. It also has
tbe ability to go somewhere once it gets to the top of the thermal (Unlike
the 2-33). With a glide ratio of 31:1, (which means that 31 feet are traveled
horizontally per every foot of altitude lost), the "Sprite" can reach as
far as the pilot can endure. |
